Customer Service

Shipping & Handling:
Our primary shipper is FedEx. We use the FedEx Web services to evaluate your transport fees considering your address and the type of delivery service your request. There is no extra charge for handling.

Estimated delivery time:
3 to 7 business days, depending on delivery zone.

Orders placed before 11am EST Mon-Fri usually ship within 24-48 hours when not otherwise stated. There is no order processing or shipping on weekends and holidays. Please note: Our shipping partners do not process shipments on the weekends. Therefore if you place an order on Friday after 11am EST you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend Delivery:
We do not manage weekend delivery. If you want a weekend delivery, you will have to use your own shipper and notify us by e-mail your delivery instruction.

Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from Solhuma Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them.

Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.

Also, we legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders.

International shipping rates will be determined at the time of your order. We will notify you via email should there be any additional shipping charges before shipping.
 
Solhuma is not responsible for any additional VAT, broker, duty or taxes on any International order.

Delivery time will vary for each international location and method of shipment. International orders that are delivered damaged can only be claimed through your local delivery service. In no event will Solhuma be responsible for International delivery charges.


LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY:
The SOLHUMA Company, Inc. («SOLHUMA») warrants that for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. SOLHUMA, at its option, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchase from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. SOLHUMA dealers, service centers, or retail stores selling SOLHUMA products do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, parts that are not genuine SOLHUMA parts, or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product; use on improper voltage or current; commercial use of the product; use contrary to the operating instructions; disassembly; repair or alteration by anyone other than SOLHUMA or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover damage by Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Warranty is void if damage to product results from the use of a part other than a genuine SOLHUMA part.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
First contact us at info@solhuma.com. One of our agents will communicate with you to confirm if you have to send us the product, you will receive a replacement part or you will receive instruction to correct the situation.
If you have to send us the units, please attach to the product a tag that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail, and description of the problem. Include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the product and send either by courier or insured mail with shipping and insurance prepaid to:

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted.   Please, order carefully.
